Just outside of Disney World, this well-furnished, family friendly home, provides privacy and seclusion while enjoying a wonderful vacation.
The fully functional kitchen has white appliances which include: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. There is bar seating for two and seating for six in the more formal dining area. The living room area has two comfortable couches and TV for guests’ viewing pleasure.
It comes with a fully furnished patio and private, enclosed pool with a small table and seating for four, as well as, numerous lounge chairs. There is also a game room with something for everyone whether it be ping-pong, or foosball.
Orlando is never short on fun. This property is just minutes away from all the Disney Parks. Universal Studios Resort, Legoland, and SeaWorld are just a short drive away too. There are also plenty of grocery stores and restaurants available in close proximity.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. We also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pool Policy: This home has a private pool - Pool Heat is available and is $35.00 / per day - 5 day minimum and must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. (Depending on the weather - temperature of pool could vary) Please inquire in advance.
Pet Policy: This property is are NOT pet-friendly. if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged $500 per pet for violating the policy. If we find evidence of pets after your departure, you will be charged $500 for violating the pet policy. If additional cleaning is required, you will be charged an additional $500. In lieu of security deposits and booking fees,
No Smoking - If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction.
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. No parties are allowed.
In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, Love Rentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $35 covers up to $1,000 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Summary: Brought our daughter to Disney for the week to celebrate her 10th birthday!! The pool was a great size, played pool and foosball as much as we could, plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day in the parks, great size kitchen, good size bedrooms, and safe neighborhood. We will definitely book again for our next trip to Florida!
